PPO Terms of Use

1. Scope

These terms govern access to and use of Pro Performance Optimizer (PPO) software distributed by Dunn Digital.

2. License

• PPO-Basic is provided as a free edition for personal and business use.
• PPO-Expert requires a valid purchased license key.
• License keys are for the purchaser's authorized use and may not be resold.

3. Support and Updates

Support levels and update access may differ by edition and purchase plan.

4. User Responsibility

• Review system requirements before installation.
• Back up important data before applying optimizations.
• Use the software in compliance with applicable laws.

5. Limitation of Liability

The software is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dunn Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software use.

6. Refunds and Billing
