2. License
- PPO Basic is provided as a free licensed edition for personal and business use.
- PPO Expert requires activation with a valid paid license plan and purchased license key.
- When you pay for PPO Expert, you are purchasing a license to use the software, not ownership of the app itself.
- License keys are for the purchaser's authorized use and may not be resold, shared, or redistributed.
3. Support and Updates
Support levels, update access, and billing behavior may differ by edition and purchase plan.
4. User Responsibility
- Review system requirements before installation.
- Back up important data before applying optimizations.
- Use the software in compliance with applicable laws.
5. Limitation of Liability
The software is provided as is, without warranties of uninterrupted or error-free operation. Dunn Digital is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from software use.
6. Refunds and Billing
Refund policy, billing cadence, and renewal terms are defined at checkout and in your purchase confirmation. Dunn Digital may use a third-party checkout provider, such as Stripe or an equivalent service, for PPO Expert purchases.

Dunn Digital may update these terms from time to time. Updated terms will be posted on this page.
